Another thing that one can do would be to do yoga. Most of the time, backaches would come from the strain of the spinal chord due to bad posture and also sometimes overuse of the backbone. Now what yoga would do is that it will make the alignment of the spine straight and it will also make the back muscles stronger and more flexible making the back less susceptible to pains and aches.

Of course massages would also be really good if one would often have recurring pains. Now if one is always stressed from work or overuses his body, then he will definitely be susceptible to backaches. This is because the stress builds up tension and bunches the muscles. So in order to cure this, it is good to have massages at least once in a week.

Now taking some really good supplements would also really help with this issue. Now a few good things to take would be zinc tablets, calcium tablets, magnesium tablets, and also flaxseed oil. Of course one has to make sure that he takes these supplements everyday so that they will take effect properly.
