Another way of dealing with these problems is avoiding the people that one smokes with. It is definitely going to be hard to quit the habit if one still keeps the company that they smoke with. There will be temptations that they will eventually fall for. In addition to that, they must find ways to always keep their mouth and hands busy.

Here they will be counseled and guided in this very difficult journey until they are finally able to live a life without cigarettes.
