The best thing to do is to learn how to sleep properly without denying your body of the correct hours of rest. When you combine exercise and a good diet, sleep will definitely come.

The next thing to get used to is positive thinking. Training your mind to always see the good in things and accepting issues as they are will help you be less tensed. If you learn how to be less worried about issues that are beyond your capabilities, you will be at a better place.
